Questions about plans and billing

What does the free trial include?

Everything in Standard for 14 days, with no card. At the end, pick Standard or Premium from the Billing page in your gym app. If you don't pay, nothing is deleted: after a 7-day grace period the app becomes read-only and you can still export all your data.

We already use YoActiv. Do we have to switch?

No. On the Insights plan you keep YoActiv (or YDL, or another gym app) for billing and check-in, and import its member and payment export into FitStat once a week. You get FitStat's reports, renewal reminders and member app on top, for ₹7,200 per branch a year plus GST. Every branch needs Insights turned on in its Settings. Move to Standard whenever you're ready; your imported members are already there.

How do multiple branches work?

Every branch is priced separately and every branch shows in one view. Add a branch from the gym app whenever you open one; a branch added mid-term is charged for the days left in that term.

Can I get a refund?

Quarterly, half-yearly and annual terms are not refunded once they start. If you leave a 2- or 3-year term early, you get back what you paid, less one twelfth of the annual price for each month started, less a 10% early-exit charge on what is left. The Gym Software Terms (section 3) have a worked example.

What invoice do I get?

A GST tax invoice from FitStat Co for every payment, on the Billing page in your gym app. Prices are plus 18% GST.

Are there any other charges?

Not from FitStat: no per-member or per-message fees. Your own Razorpay fees, WhatsApp conversation charges and any biometric hardware are between you and those providers.
