Your booking rules

How far ahead members can book, a late-cancel cut-off, a pause after repeated no-shows and a daily limit. The front desk can always book past them.

Packs, drop-ins and intro offers

Sell 10-class packs, one-class drop-ins and an intro offer (once per person) in the member app, paid to your own Razorpay account. Plans can cap classes at, say, 3 a week.

Roll call and teacher pay

The teacher takes the roll call on their phone; each class taught is counted for their pay, with a bonus per head over a number if you like.

Health form and waiver

Members fill a short health form and agree to your waiver in the app before booking; anyone to check on shows on the roll call.

Late-cancel and no-show fees

Set your own fees (or none). They're added automatically, collected at the desk with a GST invoice, and only an owner or manager can waive one.

Batches for kids and dance schools

Students join a batch and get a place on every class of it, paid by a monthly or term plan; an admission fee, age limits, a free trial class and makeups for missed classes.

Studio reports

Each month: how full each class was, who stopped coming, pack sales and unused classes, and how many intro offers and trials became paying members.
