Create your trainer account with your name, experience, specialties, and a short bio customers will see on your profile.
Sign up as a trainerUpload your KYC documents
Upload a photo or scan of your PAN and Aadhaar from your trainer dashboard. There's no automated verification step — a FitStat admin reviews these directly.

Once your documents are reviewed and approved, your profile goes live and becomes visible to customers browsing trainers.
Add a profile photo
Upload a real photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5MB) from your profile page — customers see this on your listing and profile before they book. A generic placeholder shows until you do.

Decide your session price and open up the time slots you're available to train. Customers can only book what you've opened up.
- Want to offer a free trial class? Mark one single-session plan as your trial offer — it's always free and limited to one session, and only one trial plan can be active at a time.
Add your bank account
Add your bank account details so weekly payouts can reach you once you start completing sessions.

Confirm or decline session requests, join sessions through FitStat's own built-in video calling (no external link to paste — a "Join session" button appears on the booking once it's confirmed and the session time is close), and — if you're assigned to a subscription plan — confirm or decline recurring PT sessions within the cutoff window so they don't auto-reassign to a backup trainer.

A completed, admin-approved session counts toward your weekly payout once the customer's rating clears the minimum threshold. Commission is deducted automatically based on your rate.
Frequently asked
How long does admin approval take?
It depends on document review turnaround — there's no automated instant-approval step currently, so it's a manual check by the FitStat team.
What happens if I don't confirm a subscription session in time?
It automatically reassigns to the next available backup trainer in the customer's plan, so the customer's session is never lost. Repeated missed confirmations affect your standing.
Can I change my price after I'm approved?
Yes, from your trainer dashboard's pricing page, at any time.
Do I have to offer a free trial class?
No, it's optional — you choose whether to mark one of your single-session plans as a trial offer. If you do, it must be free and limited to one session, and you can only have one active at a time.
How do online sessions work — do I share a Zoom or Meet link?
No — all sessions run through FitStat's own built-in video calling. A "Join session" button appears on a confirmed booking a short while before it's due to start; there's no link to paste and no need to share your phone number or email with a customer. Sharing personal contact details to arrange a session outside the platform isn't permitted — see the Terms of Use.
