03

Pick your brand stance

Every engagement runs under one of three brand tracks: fully branded ("Powered by FitStat"), negotiated visibility, or complete white-label. This is agreed upfront, not something you need to decide before reaching out.

04

Book a demo

A short call to see the live system in action and map it to your gym's specific setup — no pitch deck, no commitment.

05

Onboarding, once you sign on

CRM configuration (your existing one, or a new one), WhatsApp automation setup, staff training, and full SOP documentation — handled as part of setup, regardless of which tier you choose.

06

Ongoing management (Ops Managed / Ops Partner)

Monthly payroll runs, compliance calendars, P&L reporting, and a weekly ops check-in — FitStat runs your back-office so you don't have to.

Frequently asked

Do I need to switch CRMs to work with FitStat?

No — FitStat is CRM-agnostic. It works with your existing CRM (YDL, Kore, or others), or a CSV export pipeline if your CRM has no API.

What if I want FitStat to stay completely invisible to my members?

That's the white-label track — a separate NDA and white-label MSA govern it, and it carries a premium rate card since it comes with more ops discipline and zero referral benefit for FitStat.
