- Only trainers who've opted a plan into being their trial offer show a free option on their profile.
- Used your one free trial already? Request another from your dashboard — an admin reviews it and grants an extra trial credit if approved.
Choose how you want to pay
Three ways to work with a trainer: book a single session, buy a multi-session package at a discount, or subscribe to a recurring plan with a guaranteed backup trainer if yours is ever unavailable.
- Single session — pay once, book one slot, no commitment.
- Session package — buy a bundle of sessions upfront, book them one at a time whenever suits you.
- Subscription — a monthly plan with a primary trainer and an automatic backup pool, so a session is never cancelled for lack of a trainer.
Book and pay
Pick an open slot on the trainer's calendar and pay securely via Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment goes through. A trial session skips payment entirely.
- Your selected slot is held just for you for 15 minutes while you complete payment — if payment isn't finished within that window, the slot is released back to other customers, so don't leave the checkout page open too long.
Join your session
A "Join session" button appears on your booking a short while before it's due to start — click it to enter FitStat's own built-in video call. You never need to exchange a phone number, email, or a separate meeting link with your trainer to have a session.

How does the free trial class work?
Every customer gets one free trial session platform-wide, with any trainer who's opted a plan into being their trial offer. It's always a single session at no cost. Once used, you can ask for one more from your dashboard's trial requests page — an admin reviews the request and grants an extra credit if approved.
What if my trainer doesn't confirm a subscription session in time?
Subscription sessions carry an availability guarantee. If your primary trainer doesn't confirm within the cutoff window, you're automatically reassigned to the next available backup trainer from a ranked pool. If none are free, your session credit is refunded and we're notified to follow up.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, from your dashboard, subject to the cancellation/refund policy — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy in the footer for exact timing rules.
How do I pay?
All payments go through Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets are supported. Payment confirmation is instant.
How do I join my online session?
A "Join session" button appears on the booking from your order history a short while before it's due to start. Click it to enter FitStat's own built-in video call — you don't need Zoom, Google Meet, or any other app, and you never need to share your phone number or email with your trainer.
What happens if my payment doesn't go through in time?
The slot you selected is held just for you for 15 minutes while you complete payment. If payment isn't finished within that window, the slot is released and becomes bookable by someone else — simply pick a slot again and retry.
